Lauren is a licensed mental health counselor based in Tampa, Florida, and she offers a range of therapeutic services. She is warm and personable, emphasizing connection in every session with a touch of humor.
With a focus on trauma-informed, person-centered therapy, Lauren specializes in treating children, family conflict, and PTSD. She holds a Master's degree and has been in practice for over 17 years. Her approach is compassionate, providing customized care that addresses cognitive, emotional, relational, physical, and spiritual needs.
She leverages your strengths to resolve the root cause of the issue so you can live at your full potential. She offers both in-person and online sessions, and her practice includes diverse therapy types to cater to your unique needs.
